Upgrade recommendations please?

Hi, I have a specialized Allez 16 2010 and am using it for an upcoming Ironman event. I have got £300 halfords vouchers and was wondering if anyone could recommend what the best products I could buy with the vouchers to improve my bike for triathlon/ironman performance? cheers

areobars are the main thing,
new saddle,
slicker tyres
carbon seatpost
more angled stem to lower the bars

all these will need to be ordered but you can get them from halfords (i know because i work for them) just ask the man at the til

i was thinking saddle for comfort on a tri same with the carbon seatpost
