I have e-bike MACINA LYCAN 671 LTD - KTM, and I am in need for a new cassette, chaining and chain.
I want the parts with the better ratio durability.

Original parts:
-FSA steel 36T Direct mount (WB349E)
-Shimano Deore M5100-11 cassette 11-51t - I dont need 51t, 41 t is ok and cheaper
-KMC e11 Sport EPT e-bike (replaced with Shimano HG701 chain)

Why do you need a new chainring?
Any 11sp cassette will fit.
Any 11sp chain will be fine. I prefer SRAM to KMC or Shimano.

I need i new cassete, and chain.
I'll also take the opportunity to change the chainring if possible to 38T
What do you recommend? I need to be compatible with the hub.

I already replaced several times the chain, I use the same length of the original. If I need, I will short the chain.
If I choose to increase the chaining, I will have to increase a lithe bit of the chain.

I recommend you change the cassette (and new chain with it). When you cut the chain go one link up (longer) as opposed to down (shorter).
Ride it and see. Would a 38t ring (increase of 5%) make a difference.
You have not (established the "need") answered the Q: why a new chainring (I assume because you are spinning out as opposed to it being worn).

On my routes I don't use lower speeds, and I want to change to 38t to reduce wear.
When I change the cassette, I always change the chainring. The price is low, and it will increase the life of the next components.
