This has probably been done before but a search found nothing with similar title .
Old tubes & tyres go down the allotment .They have many uses ,
Old broken frames I find .Cut up and used on my plot . Bigger diameter tubes for starting off leeks etc . smaller ones for stakes .
Old drinks bottle for planting seeds & mudgard flaps .
Old chains various uses ie art work together with cassette bits .
Old frying pan with handle removed, parts washer .
Tried old rims for climbing plants . As welding needed it was not practical.
Any other ideas?
