Unknown frame and fork - please help

Hi,
Could you please help me out with identifying frame and fork? Seller claimed it is from 70's and is made of Columbus tubing. However, while scamming the Internet I have found resemblance to Reynolds 531. Dimensions and weight is shown on one of the picture. Is it really Columbus or Reynolds? And is the frame worth restoring?

That's a high-spec 1970s frame all right. Hard to say if it's Columbus or Reynolds but both are first-class tubes. Lovely fork crown. Definitely worth restoring.

Seatpost size is odd. It has DB main tubes at least, given the weight. It may be a mix-and-match tubeset from a custom builder. Italian BBs are rarely found with Reynolds tubes, so Columbus or even Tange are possible tubes.

70mm Italian BB and design usually columbus, has been modded later on for internal routing on top tube. Portacatena dropouts late 70's to early 80's. There's no panto so could be anything.Nice though with typical Italian seat cluster.

Thank you all for the infos. Will measure the diamiter of tubes but thanks to your answers will start the restaration process. Never have seen that portacatena idea before but definitely will check it out and maybe give it a chance

Seat cluster, Campag dropouts, and lugwork reminds me of my Ian May tourer frame, but that is in Reynolds 531ST throughout. Weight is about the same too.
