  • The Stefan-Boltzmann constant is 5.67*10^-8 Wm^-2K^-4. That 5,6,7,8 sequence is a handy mnemonic.
  • The moon is the same size as the sun in the sky. Over geological time the sun has been getting larger while the moon going farther away, so we are here just at the right time.
Unfortunately with those SI units it seems more likely that God (or the system architect) is European rather than British, but at least he is not American.
