When you first join CycleChat there are a few features you can't access, and a couple of forums too. This is an anti-spam measure.

After you've made 10 posts in the general forums your account will automatically be upgraded to full membership and those restrictions will be lifted.

Was it a particular forum you were having trouble accessing?

Yes, it's a bit restrictive if you want to join and "get stuck in" but it does the trick of keeping the spamming at bay - an ever moving goal post!!

Anyway, I see your post count is climbing nicely - not too long now - and even less long if you reply to this post ...
