Hi looking to upgrade my groupset .I'm thinking Di2
My wife and my mate both have it. Its not just envy
Anyone saw them for sale at a decent price?
Cheers

Does your frame have internal cabling and Di2 ready? - if not you need to decide if you want to run an external wiring kit or modify the frame to take internal.
The cheapest way to buy the group set is either from Europe (Germany usually) or locate a LBS which has 2012 bikes fitted with 10 speed Di2. As these bikes often fetch a premium due to the specification most potential buyers want the 11 speed group set as such they are often happy to break the bike.
If your going to do Di2 ensure you do it properly and use DA recommended cassettes which impact shift quality and reliability more than you would think.
I'm curious though what groupset you are currently running and on what bike and what you would consider to be a decent or acceptable price to pay for a Di2 group set?
So you don't need the complete group set as you have the crank and cassette which makes it vastly cheaper, Europe is probably your best bet for what you need.
Get reasonable money for your mechanical Ultegra second hand as well.
Yes - sorry I did mean for actually being in stock and deliverable or on a full bike. The only place I have seen it for pre-order is starbike.com which is German but they do not specify an actual date. Closest I have found is from a Trek dealer that said the Trek bikes with the new 11 speed Di2 won't be available until Jan 2014 but that could be either Trek or the avaialability of 11 speed Di2. Will keep looking !!
