Ultegra 11 speed

Hi all,

A new bike I am considering has 11 speed. Does anyone have any reviews of this, or thoughts about shifting performance over 10 speed. Just curious really.

I've got it. Its the way forward if your not wanting di2 yet. Its the same price more or less with ten speed

The shifting should be better as Shimano have had time to revise the cable routing at the shifters since they moved to concealed cables with the last 10 speed series.

The shifting is massively improved. Partly due to the improved design/cable routing which is obviously based on the super smooth 9000 DA, and partly due to the improved polymer coated cables that come with it.
