Tyres on a Genesis Equilibrium

Is anyone riding a Genesis Equilibrium?, and if so what's the widest tyre it will take? 25,28mm?

If it has Shimano RS10s the tech doc spec states it can take anything from 700 x 19c-28c

The frame may not take anything more than 25's
