Tyre storage

I've just bought some slick tyres for my MTB. Is there anything I need to do to store the knobbly ones properly?

Anyway it will be the 1st time I've had the tyres off, I wonder how long I'll take to do the pair? Well I've got a new pair of pedals to go on too and cleats to fit to some shoes, ahh well it'll be a busy Fathers Day!

shouldn't take long at all, assuming they are the same size (so you have the correct tubes for them) -- give the wheels a good look over when you have them off, check for no sticky-outie spokes and such...

Store tyres away from heat, light and anything (such as electric motors) which produce ozone.
