Tyre size vs Inner Tube Size

Hi.

Ive ordered some 26x1.75 tyres but currently have 1.9 inner tubes.
When i look at buying them they seem to cover a range of sizes as standard and was wondering if this mattered a great deal. For example these inner tubes seem to cover a spectrum of tyre sizes?
