Tyre Question

I've done about 2,400 miles on a set of giant p-r3 tyres which were the stock tyres on the bike.
I have never had a puncture yet so do i keep riding on them till i do or change them now also if i do decide to replace the tyres is it best to replace the tubes as well?
The reason i ask this question is that on my previous giant bike i started getting a lot of punctures around the 2,500 miles mark.
I already have new tyres to replace if necessary as i got a voucher for christmas and purchased some conti four seasons 25s.

I would keep riding them if the tread ins't worn through.

Change either when you start to get punctures and can feel how thick the rubber tread isn't, or when you can see the fine ribbing of the canvas through the tread.
There's no need to change tubes with the tyres.
