You're quite correct with the more you stay active/exercise the easier it is to control your levels and to slow down all the complications that come with it.
I've already got neuropathy and Raynaud's and suffer from recurring chilblains on my toes.
Haven't had them for a while now (chilblains) so I'm happy.
If the weather keeps staying this mild I'll be very happy.
Trouble with being Insulin dependent is the amount of 'Hypos' you can get, they're a right PITA!
