Twelve years on

Rode an eight mile loop yesterday for the first time in twelve years. Back then I did it on a mountain bike but was fitter and two stone lighter. Used to take 30 minutes so was quite amazed to do it in 27 on me cheapie road bike! First time out in proper clip on cycling shoes which are brilliant!
