Turn Mtb to gravel bike? It is possible?

Hello from Greece. I have I focus raven 6 Mtb. I have an idea to turn it in gravel bike. It is possible in 4 steps?
1) Chain front fork
2) flat bar to a road bike bar
3) Chain the brakes to a mechanic and
4) chain to 3x10 shifters

Your English is quite good, but I think you mean change rather than chain.
