Turbo trainer

As I know nothing about these things, would this be ok? Or any alternatives.

Raised in the bargains thread and i nearly hit buy , but as i commute i get 80-100 miles in most weeks just with that so it was not a necessary purchase and my rear wheel is toast so its a good job i didn't .

Picked it up, after an error in assembly I'm must say I am very pleased with this. Going to give the bike a good clean and set it up in the front room and hopefully get my fitness back.
