Hi guys
I have a Scott aspect 29er sport, question is can I use it on a turbo, I'm about to invest in a road bike as I'm finding I'm spending more time on road, so I thought I could get a 700c wheel and fit it onto the 29er
Now I know I need a turbo tyre so question is, can a road 700 wheel go onto my 29er with a new cassette so I can swop and change between the wheels if I wanna go out on the 29r

Thanks in advance
Tony

IIRC modern road frame rear spacing is 130mm and modern MTB's are 135mm, I'm not sure what 29ers are TBH but I suspect they will more than likely be 135mm.

So if that's the case then it will fit in but you might have to use some spacers to tighten it in the turbo.

FYI you don't 'need' a turbo specific tyre, if you want one fine, but if you have, or can get hold of an old 700c road tyre that will work perfectly fine as well.
