Turbo trainer loan

Hi,

Long shot I know, but if anyone in the London area has a turbo trainer that they could lend me to trial, I would be eternally grateful. I don't want to drop a lot of cash on one until I'm convinced that I'll use it.

Happy to leave a decent deposit. Call it a 2 week loan to help me make a decision and a decent bottle of booze as a thank you?

Buy one, try it, then if you don't like it sell it. You won't lose that much on it. I think most folk get past the 2 week period with a turbo trainer anyway before they realise that it's not like riding a bike outside and then hang it up for good. So before you buy think about what you want to get from it - if you've got some vague goal of staying fit then forget it. The only people that generally stick a winter of several hours of turbo training each week are folk training to race or for a big event in the spring/summer.
