turbo trainer dvd/video itunes

im looking to get a turbo trainer and would like to download some training aid/cycling video for my ipod. does anyone know of any good dvds or films on cycling to download? ideally it would be purpose made for turbo trainers but any type of cycling video were i could time my training would be good

The Skewer is the quick release bolt that goes through your hollow axle. My turbo came with one which I swap for the one thats already in the bike.

Yeah, I have one video(there's a few) it's called Angels, it's basically a hill workout over approx an hour, so long as you work to the scale of perceived exertion, it's a great tough workout.

been looking for them on iyunes, its a seperate website which you then transfer to itunes. they look good, just dont know which one to get!

any ideas?
