Tubular Tyre Pressure

I have Continenal Giro tubular tyres on my fixedgear, they're a maximum 145 psi.
What would be the ideal pressure to have them at?

Depends on your weight,the wheel and the roads you are riding on. I'd start at say 100psi which should give a nice smooth ride and then work upwards until you find the ideal pressure for you.
