Trying to ID my old Peugeot

Bought in around 1995 for £65. Electric blue with stripy decals and the Type V lion logos. Has Peugeot BBT (brazed butted tubing) label. Simplex 12 speed derailleurs. Full Chromed forks. Serial number on BB = Y4021153. Surprisingly light bike. I reckon its around 1984 build, oh and it has a logo Made in France.
