Trying to find Model and year for a Mercier bought for L'Eroica Chianti

Bought a Mercier very cheaply for my entry in L’Eroica this year. Just wondered if anyone could throw some light on model, year etc. Tried to research online without much success.
number on bottom bracket is M 70053
serial number on metal decal below handle bars 220340

You have to have a certain amount of posts before you can post pics. Post away in another part of the forum, say the Cafe for a bit then try again.
