As a bit of back ground the Cannondale is mine. I bought new in Jan 2011 and it has covered circa 2.5k miles. There are couple of scratches on the frame but nothing major. The bike has just had a total strip down, lube and adjust as well as a new BB and Chain. 56cm Frame Sora 9 speed compact double 50/30. Sizing wise I am 5,11 and there is a reach to get on the hoods so if you have short arms I would be a bit wary. The bike has a wonderful frame and I have been often asked if it is carbon its not its Alu but witha carbon fork. Option to purchase a Garmin edge 500 with this if you want it has HRM & Cadence sensor and all the original bits and the box although the bidding is for the bike only.
The Triban 3 is my wifes and it has covered at most 10 miles !! so is virtually brand new. It is a 54cm frame, Triple. It has a shorter 90mm stem that has been flipped so would suit either another lady or someone around 5-7 to 5-8 max
Try at a LBS to get an idea of fit if you are interested and unsure whether these will suit
