Tread coming away from tyre

Vittoria Corsa tyres, 400 ish miles, as you can see from the pictures the tread is starting to come away in places , anyone have any tips about regluing, I was thinking of using scuba glue.

Time for a new tyre if that was me.
(And the old one returned to the retailer as not fit for purpose).

No way would I be fiddling about with glue and bodging that kind of repair to a delaminating tyre.

Its also used for attaching spall liners to tanks, spoilers to cars...the bond is stronger than the material it is joining, even high tensile steel. The only downside it a tube is 8 quid or so, halfway towards a new tyre.

Them's fancy rims. Skinny little tyres, is it your 'fast' bike? Glue, you definitely need some glue....
