That's at least in the right ball park for meaning, thought why they would use arm for pierna (leg), I don't know.

It was so nonsensically good I wrote it down verbatim in a notebook so I could keep enjoying and remembering it years later.
To this day I still wonder what frozen lems are, but whatever they are they sound far from comfortable.
