Hello guys...!
I do a really rigorous regime of cycling on my Cannondale everyday. So is it ok if I eat anything I want? Will I still lose weight? I mean whatever junk I’m eating I’m burning off with the cycling right? Your suggestions will be highly appreciated..thanks in advance...!

Weigh yoursel;f once a week and monitor it.If your very overweight the fat will come off more easilly than if your just a little overweight.

Real athletes dont l;ive on junk food. You need more than just calories for long term health.Try to eat a balanced diet of fresh food whenever you can. Good Luck

Junk food wont sustain a "really rigorous regime of cycling".
