Trail development at Whitelee Wind Farm

I understand that trails are away to get made at Whitelee, centred round a borrow pit. Does anyone know when they are starting/ due for completion?

ERC advise:
Construction works commenced on Monday..., The MTB tracks themselves will begin to be laid over the next few of days, with the project scheduled to take approximately 3 months... We are planning an opening sometime in the early half of May, all being well.

There will be a press release issued later this week, after which regular progress updates will be carried on the Whitelee visitor centre website, East Renfrewshire Council internet pages and other media. Amongst these will be Facebook/Twitter updates issued via Whitelee Ranger Service and Whitelee Visitor Centre. So if you follow either of these, this is likely to provide the most regular project updates.

Looks good.
I've always thought it would be a good facility if they created a sealed road circuit there, but no doubt too expensive to tarmac a few miles of the tracks.
