Are there any good disc rated track frames made here that look like 80s Peugeot/Raleigh??

I'm building on a British frame (so I was told) but it s looking too grifter haha..

I'm confused. Are you building a track frame? Because I'm not sure I'd be basing the geometry off that.

A disc rated track frame is an oxymoron, because track bikes don't have brakes.
