Tour of/de Scotland Sportive Jerseys spotted on commute

Whilst commuting in this morning (in my car, I always do Mondays in my car), I saw 3 riders sporting the above Jerseys...I was just curious about the event, was it this weekend?...were they badly lost (Im in Manchester).....Ive googled and not found owt

There was something in the papers a month or two ago about the Scotland/England border being moved south to include all of the people in Manchester who like to claim that they live in the north.

Then moved north again to moffat for those that claim to live in the south

There is a charity Tour de Scotland that's done on wattbikes for breast cancer care. Next one is March 2019.
