TUI Travel organises an annual charity ride around Bedfordshire with this year's event falling on the 11th of September. Riders have a choice of 10, 25 or 60 mile courses, all through quiet countryside roads starting and finishing at the company head office on the edge of Luton. The ride is well run, non-competitive, and enjoyable with feed stations en route and an included buffet meal at the finish. Each rider (any distance) also receives a commemorative medal and a smart Tour de TUI riders t shirt. Last year around 100 riders took part.
Adult riders pay a £20 donation to the charity on sign up (kids are free and the event is family friendly), there are no set expectations on sponsorship but of course if you decide to raise sponsorship then the Family Holiday Association would be delighted.
