I'm doing a 75 mile charity ride from Kenmore to Broughty Ferry on the 6th of August and wondered if anyone on here is doing it at the same time.

Or has anyone done it before, I think its following NCN 77. At the moment I'll be doing it on a mountain bike with road tyres unless the right road bike comes along and just wondered if the mountain bike will be OK.

I've never done the full NCN 77 but Kinnoull hill is a bit of a b'gger. Will a mountain bike be OK, it depends on your fitness and expectations, if you are fit you'll get round but don't expect the best of times. Good luck :-)
