Tough going tonight

It was a tough ride tonight there was strong winds in my face for the whole 13 mile a done a was surprised how much the wind knocks you on the light bike but my legs feel great lol but it's only the second time a have been out and a bit of saddle soreness starting to kick in but really enjoying my first experiences of a road bike.

Headwinds are always tough, there really is no two-ways about it. Best thing is to get used to riding on the drops in high winds to get yourself out of as much of that airflow as possible, you may not find it so comfortable but it is speed for free :-)

Av been along South Shields sea front then up marsden bank and along the john Reid road no matter what way a turned it seemed to be rite in my mush lol
