I have a pair of (almost) unused BLACK Tortec Razor Guards. Very similar to SKS Raceblades but with screw adjustable supports. The RRP is around £25 but I'm selling them for £15 inc postage.

They were too small for my bike (I rode with them for about 1/2 mile). The fork/seat-stay adjustable rubber straps were trimmed to size by the bike shop - but my bike's forks/stays are quite thick so should not be a problem getting them on regular road bike. Alternatively, you could use permanent cable ties.
With the trimmed straps, I'm estimating that you should be able to handle 75mm and 85mm circumference stays/forks respectively.
