Torque wrench

Ive been looking for a while for a decent torque wrench, and finally decided that the Norbar whench was the one to go for. 1-20nm range (better than the Shimano range) and comes with a calibration certificate.

It arrived yesterday ans im chuffed....quality is spot on,
and a lot cheaper than trashing your carbon frame

I don't have a carbon frame, but do have a carbon seatpost. The lbs said if I don't have a torque wrench then stop tightening when the frame squeaks. Not sure I'm entirely comfortable with this advice, so think I'll get a wrench like this one.

Save the money by all means, but an adjustable torque wrench with a square drive is a lot more useful.

I have used Torque wrenches for the last 35 years, and Norbars service is second to none. I service exchange my Norbar torque wrench every 12 months and I can not fault them .

Norbar stuff is good. Hundreds of thousands of people every day trust their safety to a Brummie or two with a Norbar wrench in their hand in a factory in Washwood Heath many years or decades ago.
