yes 3/8" Drive, but you can easily (and cheaply) get an adapter to make them fit 1/4" or 1/2" Drive wrenches, although most torque wrenches (for bikes) are 3/8" Drive anyway

no, the allen key bit is fixed to the socket - you simply attach the socket directly to your torque wrench. This is how all torque wrenches work for bicycles.

...some wrenches come with a set of these, but others don't.
Depends which wrench you buy.- make sure you get one in the correct range for bicycles eg. 3-15 Nm is good for most things

a 10-100 Nm wrench wont be very accurate if you are using it around the lower limit of 10 Nm
