Just a quick post in praise of Topeaks support, I had an issue with my pannier rack a while ago where I lost a screw so I contacted them and they sent me a new one in the post for free. Well this morning the bracket on my mudguard broke, part of it is metal and it had broken so I emailed the same guy who replaced the screws and within a minutes of my mail he had replied and asked for more details and within 10 minutes of the first mail he said he would send a new one.

Maybe Im easily impressed but I think thats good and deserved some praise
