If anyone has one of these bags could they measure the size of the side pannier when dropped down? Trying to work out if i can get my laptop in there!

Failing that i'll try and find one locally and physically have a go!!

I'm at work and restricted to mobile access at the moment but I'm sure my DX bag will take unfolded newspapers, so a small laptop would be no problem.

Mosscommuter, how big is your laptop if you don't mind me asking?

Dimensions (W x D x H) 33.5 x 24.3 x 3.3 cm (at front)
Weight Starting at 2.4 kg

If the laptop is much bigger than A4 (i.e. 12 inches) it won't fit. I regularly have files in mine, but A4 is the limit.
I think you might have a different bag, Fossy (possibly the EXP?) as my MTX DXP will take A4 with a several inches to spare.

That's a shame, my laptop is 12.5" x 9.5". Hacksaw it is then!!

Thank very much for the reply
My laptop is approximately 37cm x 26cm (14.5" x 10") and it fits snugly. Not a huge amount to spare but it fits. That is, of course, as long as you have the same MTX DXP. :becool:
