I was in the market for a new multi-tool, when I saw this. Topeak Mini 18+. Cost £21.99 at Halfords/bikehut.
There are probably lighter tools out there (this one weighs 185g), but considering the number of tools and the apparent quality of construction, I think it's pretty good. I reckon this will get you out of the vast majority of roadside breakdowns. It even packs a separate 4mm allen key within the chain tool which is used to tighten the side plates (which always seem to loosen up on these types of tools).
Included are 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10mm allen keys (there's also a separate L shaped 2mm allen key which is used for adjusting brake lever reach grub screws). Flat and crosshead screwdrivers, torx 25 bit (for disc brake rotors), 14g & 15g spoke keys, chain tool, wide flat blade for retracting disc pads, chain pin holder, and of course, the ubiquitous bottle opener!
The whole thing has a real feel of quality about it and the tools are all Cr-V, so should put up with some stick.
