Top up tyres

How often do you 'top up' the tyres on your road bike and what psi do you run at?

'top up' before most weekend rides, when commuting in the week I'll check every other day. 100 on each as 110 is incredibly hard with my pump

I check them before every ride, but admittedly I don't ride very often at the moment.

When I do commute daily they get a squeeze everytime I'm getting on the bike, and they get topped up generally once a week.

I run my Gatorskins IIRO 120psi

Every time before a ride on the road bike, the commuter once a week, run 110 on road bike 85 on commuter.

Always check before a ride. When I was commuting, I topped them up every week. Ran them at 110 psi (Schwalbe Luganos)

I am new to biking (albeit I had bikes as a child) so could anyone advise on what tyre pressure I should be running for Specialized Trigger Sport 700 x 38c 60TPI tyres? Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers.

Before every ride. They are pumped between 110psi - 120psi

It should say on the side of the tyre. My 700 x 38 tyres say max of 85psi

any recommendations on which gauge?

I run Aksium tyres 110 in the front, and 120 on the rear....I check every couple of days when commuting and again at the weekend when out on a longer ride.

I just use the gauge on my track pump.

100 psi front, 110 rear.

Once a week top up if needed and I ride them as it what is comfy for me, but not necessarily comfy for others, which is round about 120psi.

I check my tyres/tyre pressures every week. on the road bike I put in 100 psi, on the mountain bike around about 60 psi.

Roadies once a week run them at 110 psi (conti gp 4000s) commuters when i can feel they need it usually once every couple of weeks run them at 80 psi (Schwable Marathons).
