Bought a set of these for the bike the other day. Although I can't comment on durability just yet, one thing I can say is that they offer a massive improvement in stopping power compared to stock Shimano pads (and pretty much everything else I have tried).

They look a bit expensive at £17.49, but what the advert doesn't seem to tell you is that you get a complete set of four pads.

Would thoroughly recommend these if you're not happy with the performance of your current brake pads.

Will post further when I have an idea of how durable they turn out to be.

300km a week through London on a road bike.
Can you give us a link or are you just going to tempt us all? ;)

I've tried two sets of Swissstop (both for carbon rims), the well known Black Prince and FlashPRO (yellow) versions. The Black Prince have been wonderful but I'm never touching those yellow horrors again...loud, fast wearing, residue issues, inconsistent braking etc. I don't think I've ever seen such variation from a single manufacturer for similarly priced parts before (one model great and one a disaster).

Greens are for alloy and work really well. I have some koolstop dual compounds - black and salmon - on the winter bike which I also rate highly.

I think blue might be a new compound, looking at the Swiss stop website, they reckon it's even better than green. I will try them when I next need some

I have a set of green and blue in the spares box.
They were £17.99 blue & £17.49 for green from halfords. They had the online 10% off so took it down to £31.93. Then £5 off when you spend over £30 and they then gave me the 10% BC discount when I picked them up!
£24.24 seemed extremely reasonable for the two sets.

I have green on my commuter already and really like them

Been using the bxp blue for a while with Zonda rims and the new Hunt aero wides;been excellent, good stopping and pretty good wear to.Noticed the difference with the (admitedly older) Ultegra pads on the Icarus during wet rides, loads more residue on the rims compared to the Swisstops.
