Took the plunge

Signed up for the Manchester 100 a couple of weeks ago, really looking forward to it. The training I've done up to now tells me its going to be a real challenge but that's what excites me.

I'm hoping it's less climb than I've been doing of late but bikeroutetoaster has been slightly off with its estimates at times, and the map route isn't too specific in order to calculate.

Many on here doing it?

I'm doing the 100 mile, unless something goes wrong and I end up doing the 100k. Not been past 65 miles, but those are hilly miles so confident I can make it round. Aiming to get round about 6 hours.

Same here, I'll be the one in the bright yellow Dogs Trust T shirt! - thought I might as well try and raise some money whilst doing it and it's gone really well to my surprise!
