These days the geometries are all over the shop so 2cms is not going to make much difference.
If you think about it - the seatpost extends at the same angle as the seat tube so no change there. The only change is going to be the toptube and possibly the length of the headtube - and both of those can be compensated for by spacers/longer stem.
