Too many emails

I keep forgeting to untick options, which seem to come on every post I make and am getting emailed everytime someone else posts in that thread.

Any simple way to stop this?
I guess I could assign all mail from you to be junked and deleted
or change my email account with you to one I never use,
any better suggestions?

you can turn off the email replies.
In your profile. Click preferences. In options untick the receive email notifications.
