That was last night - tonight might be mackeral, potato bread and eggs I think.

Stir fried chicken with rice, peas sweetcorn. Mmmmmm.......

Best thing about it is you feel hungry enough to eat supper later on.

Worst thing about it is you feel hungry enough to eat supper about 2 hours later!

Take a tip from me. Don't ever go thinking it's a good idea to visit Billund, even if it is to visit Legoland. Desolate isn't the word. I've seen more life in Seskatchewan.

slow cooked Pork chop casserole, with peppers, leek, Mushrooms, pearl barley & lentils and a jacket potato.
Washed down with lot's of tea.
