Tom Simpson

Hi, could anyone be kind enough to tell me where this photo was taken and who the other riders are. I have come into possession of a framed photo of Tom and would like to know as much about it as possible

Can't see your photo. The person you really want to get in contact with is William Fotheringham who is the Guardian's cycling correspondent - he wrote Simpson's biography "Put me back on my bike".
