Toeclip advice.

I've found that when I ride my Mercier with clips and straps, the toeclips feel too short, as though I'm pedalling with my toes rather than the ball of my foot.

I considered a load of washers as spacers to move the clips forward a bit, but is there a more elegant solution?

You can get the clips in different sizes.

Ah! Now you see, I bought them used on eBay and didn't realise they came in different sizes. Oops!
