I wonder if any forum users would be interested in keeping this thread alive by archiving their ride, distance, times, speeds, hills etc this may motivate us to get of our ^&$£'s and put some mileage in, if it dont get used its not cost owt !!!
Ill start with my run today was a 10 mile burn up, which I thoroughly enjoyed, Id selected a route with several really steep hills (upwards), the feeling I get when I conquer a hill is great, when I got home I felt really good, my fitness is really improving and I can relax now knowing that Im on course to achieve my new Year resolution which is:- todo a 100 ride before Jan 1st 2010..... yea right, cant believe I really said that !
