Finally bit the bullet and went out on my first ever snow ride on the Chase. Some madmen were still Following the Dog in this weather - I wimped out as I'd never rode in these conditions before. At first I was nervous as a kitten but after a few comedy falls and realising it was a soft landing, I loved it - even when caught in a blizzard. The whole Chase Sherbrook Valley run to myself...'scuse quality of pics...just off my phone...PS note I was clever enough to trick out my bike in camouflage colours..

I've ridden Follow the Dog and the Monkey Trail in most conditions (freezing, boiling, iced up & floods), but never with a decent covering of snow!
Looks like a great day out.
