to cycle or not cycle home in pouring rain?

Yeah, riding in heavy rain is fine, as long as you have shower facilities and dry clothes waiting for you.

On a tour it's not so much fun, but then you just pitch the tent and curl up, nice and snug in your sleeping bag and 'rest'!

It's pretty hard now Joanna and I got nicely drenched just going from the Seven Dials to the top of Ditchling Road!
