Tired and not bothered.

I recovered really quickly from my gallbladder op.I was out on the bike within six weeks,gardening and normal household chores.Then i had three fainting dizzy do's.Well on friday i go for a patch sticking to my chest and i will be given a monitor to check the old heart beats.This starts friday and finishes monday .I hope they find something because i feel tired all the time,i did a bit of gardening this morning and i am snookered i feel whacked and a bit light headed.

Weird i did a 28 mile bike ride today and felt fantastic.That little bit of sunshine does you good.Nice and steady brilliant.

Be kind to yourself postman - it takes longer than you think to recover from surgery, and yours was quite a major thing.

+1 on that, maybe you came back from the op to quick and just need to take it very easy and give your body a better chance to recover fully, I had two op's end of February beginning of March and though I appear to be back to normal I'm definitely not fully recovered.
